Losing weight can prove to be a challenge, but keeping that weight off after you’ve lost it is another thing entirely. Majority of people who set out to shed off pounds either quit halfway or end up regaining that weight just weeks after they’ve lost it. Were they doing something wrong? Joining a group with people of like minds will help keep you in check. Even if you’ve achieved your dream weight, you can still join a weight loss group to keep yourself accountable to your daily exercises.
6. Weigh Yourself
Stepping on the scale is not just about knowing how much you weigh; it is also about keeping your weight on track. You will be able to know when you’re above your weight mark and need to shed the extra pounds off.
7. Always Get Back on Track
