Your wedding day could be a whirlwind day that you will definitely get caught up in. this makes it important to appoint a person of contact who will stand in for you with your wedding vendors to make sure everything is in place. You may have to make decisions but it is important someone else answers any calls in your stead to avoid handling more responsibilities than necessary. This person ought to be a family member; it will come in handy during picture time. Your photographer does not know the important people in your family or friends. Your spokesperson could also double as an assistant to get the right persons for each photo category without losing track of time.

EXTRA EVERYTHING

Usually, parents are famed for packing a crowd during their children’s wedding. Except your wedding is STRICTLY by invitation so you can give an estimate of the number of guests, it will be wise to have extras of everything from food to drinks to chairs. You can also set extra money aside as gratuity that can be presented to every service personnel that made your day a success. This token of appreciation would make them more open in case of a potential overtime at the event.

WRITE OUT A DO-NOT LIST

Your wedding host and DJ would not know what to include and what to avoid if you do not state it. To avoid embarrassing situations, you can list out the things you want your wedding host to skip. You can also write out a Do-not-play list for your DJ ahead of time to keep him in check.
