Wait – what's the difference between conditioner and co-wash?! A co-wash is a cream cleanser that doesn't contain the nasty chemicals that cause frizz (we're looking at you, sulfates and parabens). Conditioning is all about moisturising, detangling and strengthening the hair.

You can co-wash as often as you use your shampoo. We recommend co-washing at least once or twice a week, then alternating with a shampoo. Or you can co-wash regularly for a month and then use a clarifying shampoo to remove the buildup once or twice a month.
