QEI+ Extreme Shine Carotte Lightening Balm is a 50ml facial care balm enriched with carrot oil and botanical extracts. It is formulated to help improve the appearance of dark spots, imperfections and uneven-looking complexion, while leaving the skin looking brighter and more radiant.

The formula contains arbutin, carrot root extract, carrot seed oil, daisy flower extract, witch hazel extract, shea butter and vitamin C derivative (ascorbyl palmitate). These ingredients are combined to provide moisturizing, conditioning and complexion-enhancing care.
