Ketoconazole is a broad spectrum anti-fungal agent that acts on the cell membrane of fungi by changing its permeability. Pharmacological studies have shown that ketonazole has extreme potent antimycotic actions against dermatopytes such as trichphytons SP, microsporum SP and epidermophyton SP.
It also have anti mycotic action against saccharomyces and candida albicans. Strains of fungi are unlikely to have a natural resistance to ketoconazole. Neomycin is effective against gram negative bacilli. Clobetastol propionate is a cortex hormone that is highly effective as an anti-inflammatory anti allergic agent with few side effects.
Indications tydineal is indicated for topical treatment of fungal infection of the skin including tinea manus,tinea corporis, tinea cruris, tinea versicolor, dermatitis, allergic reaction such as eczema and pruritus.
